Booking and Availability
- Bookings are taken over the phone or via email.
- A booking will only be officially reserved following a deposit transferal of 50% of the rental charge to the CC Apartment bank account.
- The outstanding amount, including the safety deposit, can either be paid in cash upon arrival or transferred to the CC Apartment bank account 3 working days before the receipt of the key.
- All payments are only accepted in Euros.
Cancellation
- There is no cancellation charge up until 31 days before arrival
- 50% of the rent will be charged after the 30th day before arrival
- 90% of the rent will be charged with less than a week before arrival
- Cancellation fees will be taken from the deposit
- The customer is liable for any fees incurred by transfers made due to cancellation
Arrival and Departure
- It is not possible to occupy the apartment before 15:00 on the day of arrival
- The premises must be vacated by 10:00 at the latest on the day of departure
- The apartment must be left in an appropriate condition: swept floors, washed dishes and closed windows
Key Handover
- The key will be handed over on-site as arranged in advance.
- Upon the return of the key, the apartment will undergo a joint inspection. Any cause for complaint will not result in the repayment of the safety deposit
- • Any changes made to arrival and departure dates must be discussed with the landlord as there is no permanently staffed reception
